Michael Haulsee holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University and a BS in Biology from East Tennessee University. From his early days as a clinical pharmacist to becoming an international consultant, he has developed a keen understanding of the complicated dynamics that impact effective pharmaceutical business operations.

Dr. Haulsee's experience spans many facets of the pharmaceutical industry — from manufacturing to wholesale to retail. He has owned pharmacy businesses worldwide, developed pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, and assisted in the successful formation of international specialty pharmacies. Through this work he has become keenly knowledgeable of foreign cultural and regulatory differences.

Prior to co-founding ACE, Dr. Haulsee served as CEO and Founder of TCS Coaching and Business Consulting, a consultancy providing strategic operational, marketing, and organizational support to individuals and businesses within the specialty pharmacy and pharmaceutical industries.

Dr. Haulsee proudly holds prestigious memberships to IACP, PCCA, ACPA, and FIP, and is a Toastmaster Competent Communicator. He is also certified through Napoleon Hill Leadership and Gazelles Coaching. His unique method to empower clients encourages solution development that leads to lasting, measurable success.

For over 20 years, Dr. Haulsee has assisted many small to medium-sized businesses within the pharma industry to develop more than $150 million in revenue.
